eBay’s Skype being sued by IDT Corp’s Net2Phone

eBay’s Skype, already being sued by StreamCast Networks, is now also being sued by IDT Corp’s Net2Phone for alleged infringement of a Net2Phone patent.
The company says Skype’s computer-to-computer Internet telephone service infringes a Net2Phone patent and is demanding a permanent injunction and damages, says Reuters.
“An IDT spokesman said he would not comment beyond the lawsuit and a representative from eBay was not immediately available for comment.
