CTI Group acknowledged the complexity of recording calls in operating networks and with this patent, allows operators to record calls on complex VoIP service provider networks where traffic mirroring and packet sniffing solutions can not work. CTI Group’s call recording technology has been leveraged in integrations with BroadSoft, MetaSwitch, and Natural Convergence, Inc. This integration allows service providers to easily incorporate call recording into their service offerings since the recording feature is already integrated at the switch level.
