Customer CRM and CMS Sytem Launched by Hidden Equity

Hidden Equity LLC launched a new product today for small businesses which combines a Content Management System (CMS) with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module. The complete system offers everything a new or small business needs to begin marketing online. The system was designed to lower the cost to start a new business.
“The new software incorporates everything a new business needs to market their services online. Competing systems are either too complicated to configure or are simply too expensive for most small businesses” said Nathan McKelvey founder of Hidden Equity. The new system starts by attracting customers using the CMS system which is designed for Search Engine Optimization for the non-technical user, then feeds the visitor and site registration information to the user for analysis and lead distribution through the CRM.

The CRM system makes it easy to work with desktop applications such as Outlook. Each new incoming lead from the Website is sent via email to the assigned sales person with a vcard file for quick, easy download and synchronization with Outlook or mobile phone application.
Shared calendars are available through the online application where management can keep track of incoming leads and follow-up.
